This is more than a leadership conference or networking event. It is a carefully curated gathering of executives, entrepreneurs, founders, investors, physicians, and industry leaders who believe that iron truly sharpens iron. Together, we create space to pause, reflect, recharge, and challenge one another to lead with greater intention—in our organizations, our families, our communities, and within ourselves.
We believe that extraordinary leaders are not formed in isolation. They are refined through authentic relationships, courageous conversations, shared experiences, and the willingness to both challenge and be challenged.

Legacy. —the retreat blends thought-provoking dialogue, executive coaching, wellness experiences, strategic relationship-building, and practical conversations around leadership, entrepreneurship, family governance, investing, mental wellness, and generational impact.
This year carries even greater significance as we welcome the Inaugural Legacy Fellows Cohort—five exceptional young men who will join us not as observers, but as participants. Their presence reflects our conviction that legacy is not something we leave behind; it is something we intentionally build by investing in those who follow us.

A Message from the Founder
When I envisioned The Gentlemen’s League, I wasn’t looking to create another professional network. I was searching for something many accomplished men quietly need but rarely find—a trusted circle where we can speak honestly, challenge one another, grow together, and sharpen one another for the responsibilities we carry.
The Gentlemen’s Retreat exists to build those rooms—places where accomplished men sharpen one another through trust, accountability, and shared purpose.
Each year, we gather men of accomplishment, character, and conviction for a weekend of authentic conversation, shared purpose, meaningful relationships, and brotherhood forged beyond the boardroom.
This year, our retreat carries an even deeper purpose. We are honored to introduce the Inaugural Legacy Fellows Cohort—five exceptional young men who will join us not as guests, but as the next generation we are intentionally investing in. Their presence is a reminder that leadership is not measured solely by what we accomplish, but by whom we prepare to lead after us.
What happens here echoes far beyond this weekend.
